DR. Jacob C. Parke
Dr. Jacob Parke is a board-certified urologist who practices general urology with particular interest in minimally invasive robotic kidney surgery, as well as endourology and treatment of complex kidney stones.
Dr. Parke also has excellent experience treating a wide variety of prostate issues including Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy, using the cutting-edge technologies available on the market, including Green Light vaporization of the prostate and the novel Aquablation.
His focus also extends to treating prostate cancer, bladder cancer, kidney cancer, testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, recurrent urinary tract infections, and pelvic pain syndrome.
Dr. Parke grew up in Champaign, IL and attended Augustana College in Rock Island, IL for his undergraduate studies, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While in college, Dr. Parke played four years of NCAA division III football, was a three-time All-Conference player, and captain of the team. From there, Dr. Parke attended Southern Illinois University for medical school. He was selected to Alpha Omega Alpha, a national medical honor society for highest educational achievement. Dr. Parke did his Urology training and was Chief Resident at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. He is published in multiple peer-reviewed academic articles as well as a book chapter.
